How do I choose my size?
Use the size guide on the individual product page and compare it with your measurements. Fit varies by supplier and style. Read any notes about stretch, running small, or running large before ordering. Need a second opinion? Ask us with the product name and measurements you’re comparing.
When will physical orders arrive?
Our current shipping policy lists processing within 1–3 business days and standard delivery typically taking 7–15 business days, depending on location. These are estimates. Digital products
What is an instant download?
The Pick Your Poison party-sign set is a finished digital download available after payment. It contains printable files and printing instructions. No physical signs or frames are shipped, and the artwork is not editable. Check the product page for file formats, print sizes, and explicit-language details.
How do personalized wallpapers work?
Before checkout, DM NOIR to @loneluxeco on Instagram with your chosen design, exact name or initials, and phone model. We confirm the details first. After payment, reply in the same DM with your order number. The $8 wallpaper includes one design and one small revision to personalization or placement.
How do personalized invitations work?
DM WITCHES to @loneluxeco with your host name, party date and time, location, and RSVP details before checkout. We confirm the wording first; send your order number in that same DM after payment. The $15 invitation includes one finished design and one small revision to event wording or placement.
When will my personalized file arrive?
Wallpapers and invitations are made to order, not instant downloads. Your finished PNG is emailed to your checkout email within 24 hours after payment and receipt of all required details. Invitations are designed for digital sharing; no physical product is shipped. A new design is not included in a small revision.
Can I resell the digital artwork?
No. These digital products are for personal use, with no resale or redistribution. The artwork is AI-assisted. Example names and event details shown in images are illustrative.
Orders & returns
Can I return an item or change my size?
Change-of-mind purchases are final sale, including preferences for a different size, color, or style, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Review the description and sizing information before ordering. Read the full return and refund policy.
What if something is damaged, incorrect, or missing?
Email lexiereese08@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos of the item and packaging where available, or relevant tracking details for a missing order. Keep the item and packaging while we review your report, and contact us before sending anything back. For missing, damaged, incorrect, or mismatched digital files, contact us so we can review and resolve the problem.
Content Studio
Lone Luxe Content Studio offers graphics, edits from your supplied footage, and captions with Lone Luxe creative direction. We confirm project fit, materials, and availability before payment. Filming is not included. Inquire about content.
